**Please note: Effective April 3rd 2023, the Washington State Department of Health ended the mask order for healthcare settings. Surgical Associates longer requires the use of masks while inside our buildings. Masks are an important tool that keep our community healthy and safe. Therefore, employees and patients are welcome to wear a mask or other personal protective equipment while inside our buildings if they choose.

We have a new clinic registration system! It is an automated process that will save you time and eliminate most paperwork at check-in. We think you will like this new system as much as we do! Once your appointment is scheduled with our registration team you will receive a text or email (if no smart phone) 3 days prior to your appointment that confirms your appointment/time and asks that you complete your electronic pre-appointment registration. *Please ensure that you have completed this PRIOR to your appointment date or your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled.

** If your electronic forms are not initially completed, you will receive reminders at 2 days, 24 hours and 30 minutes prior to your appointment reminding you to complete them prior to your arrival** PLEASE ensure that you have completed this process prior to arriving for your appointment.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please bring a current list of medications with you to the appointment. It is important for us to know your current medications when scheduling you for surgery. **If you do not have an updated list with you at the time of your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled.
